Job description
Position Overview: The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients. The Client Service Associate will handle client inquiries, open accounts, and maintain their records. The Client Service Associate will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Open new accounts and maintain client records.
- Answer client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to other team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Series 65 license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial markets and products.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
