YOUR ROLE:

As a technical writer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have access to clear documentation that simplifies the complexities of our software.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate closely with our development and product teams to understand software features and functionality
• Write and maintain documentation for end users, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Create tutorials, FAQ's and knowledge base articles to support user onboarding and troubleshooting
• Continuously improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex software concepts
• Experience writing technical documentation for software products
• Strong understanding of various documentation platforms
