ABOUT MAMA'S ON THE HALF SHELL
In 2003, our opening day was the realization of five years of dreaming, discussing, and collecting. As native "Baltimoreans," we felt Baltimore needed a thoughtful, classic seafood restaurant. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISHWASHER
In this entry-level dishwashing position, you are vital to the operations of our company. Each day, you come to work ready to help our restaurant have a constant flow of clean dishes. You wash all of our pots, pans, small wares, plates, and kitchen equipment on a daily basis.
Additionally, as needed, you complete other tasks, such as taking out the trash or assisting with food prep, to keep our kitchen running efficiently. As you work, you are conscientious about adhering to all OSHA, food safety, and personal hygiene regulations. You love working with our close-knit kitchen team and take pride in the part you play in the success of our business!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISHWASHER
No experience is required because we will train the right person! Can you work quickly without sacrificing quality? Do you work well independently and with others? Are you detail-oriented? Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively? Do you thrive in a fast-paced position? If yes, you might just be perfect for this full- or part-time hospitality position!
