Job Overview:

As a Floor Manager at Uncle Jack's Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing the floor staff, overseeing customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service
• Oversee the dining area to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Train and develop new team members

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Open Table, Radar, Triple Seat
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
