Job description

Veterinary Urgent Care Center (VUCC), a leader in urgent care for pets in the Northeast since 2017, is searching for a Hospital Manager for our Worcester location scheduled to open in May!

The Hospital Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and people management within our fast-paced urgent care hospital. We are the bridge between general practice and emergency medicine, so every day will be different and you must be willing to manage a fast- paced environment. The main responsibilities of the Hospital Manager center around overall
hospital management, HR functions including hiring/staffing, training, performance management, and instituting/maintaining compliance with our Mission, Vision and Values.
