Location: Baton Rogue, LA

Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager you'll connect prospects' IT problems and challenges. As you consult with business leaders to help them understand how Our client's services allow their company to leverage technology, they'll become eager to explore what that might look like for them. Your ultimate goal will be to bring in new business that will create recurring monthly revenue.

Responsibilities:

• 100% emphasis on net new business opportunities. Conduct cold/warm calls and emails to prospects and convert them to qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain a local referral network with individuals who are selling to a similar Target Client Profile.
• Attend local events and tradeshows where it is known that decision-makers for Target Client Profile Prospects will likely attend.
• Manage the sales funnel for well-qualified needs/opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $60k-$90k
• Commission: $75k
• Uncapped commissions
• Projected 1st year OTE: $165k
• Projected 2nd year OTE: $200k
