Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial and Industrial Construction
Location: Pittsburgh, PA w/ Travel to Project Sites as Needed
Salary: $100k - $135k + company bonus incentives, allowances

We are hiring a dedicated and tenured Construction Project Manager to support heavy commercial/industrial projects and client services operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in construction with a proven track record of extreme customer satisfaction. The Project Manager holds a key part in the overall management of each project and should have extensive experience with safety, quality, construction planning, and project costing.

What You Will Be Doing

- Management of projects from inception to completion
- Project coordination between client, contractor, subs, and additional stakeholders
- Perform project take-offs
- Help to lead submittals and RFIs
- Project scheduling for labor, materials, etc.
- Post-project activies such as buy-outs and new business development
- Project costing activities
- Support heavy commercial and industrial construction projects

What You Need for this Position

- 10+ years in construction and a minimum of 3 years in Project Management
- Extensive estimating experience and strong take-off experience
- Ability to work on-site and in-office; ability to travel or relocate temporarily based on job needs
- Experience with self-performing heavy commercial/industrial construction strongly preferred
- Proficient in construction software - AutoCAD, Procore, RSMeans, Bluebeam, P6, PlanGrid, etc.
- Healthcare, education, power and energy, public sector, government experience
