Job Summary
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing inquiries from law enforcement agencies and subscribers, outlining our company's policies and processes related to Legal Response Center (LRC) operations and responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include providing immediate and accurate responses to inquiries, monitoring support systems, and analyzing and reviewing responses to lawful requests.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from law enforcement agencies regarding subscriber information, system security, harassment, and fraud, ensuring compliance with lawful orders or legal processes.
Provide timely and accurate responses to subscriber inquiries regarding our company's policies and processes.
Generate daily operations reports for the Legal Response Center and Engineering teams, summarizing key metrics and highlighting any system or tool outages.
Respond to and escalate trouble calls, alerts, and emails in a professional manner, meeting established timelines.
Perform data preservations as directed by lawful orders issued by criminal or civil authorities.
Contribute to application/tool development and process automation within the Legal Response Center, providing input and feedback.
Maintain and update documentation supporting team problem analysis and resolution.
Participate in project calls with various teams and business units, representing the Legal Response Center and providing critical information.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Security, Call Center operations, and/or working with law enforcement agencies.
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.

Education & Experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards provided by our company. Most positions are eligible for additional compensation such as Commission or Bonus, along with best-in-class Benefits tailored to meet your needs.
