As we ambitively pursue further growth and market expansion, we are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales for the Eastern USA to spearhead our sales initiatives and contribute significantly to our success story.

Role Summary:

In the role of Regional Vice President of Sales - Eastern USA, you will serve as a pivotal leader, driving sales growth, increasing our market share, and nurturing robust customer relationships within the hospitality flooring sector. Your deep industry knowledge and extensive network will support and boost our sales team in the region. This position demands a strategic visionary capable of crafting and implementing sales strategies, leading and developing a high-performance team, and collaborating with other departments to meet and exceed our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Inspire the East Coast sales team with clear objectives and strategies to surpass revenue goals.
Industry Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality flooring sector to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategies.
Relationship Management: Strengthen and broaden connections with key industry players to boost market visibility and drive business growth.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Strategic Sales Planning: Craft and execute detailed sales plans, promotional initiatives, and strategies for market penetration.
Client Engagement: Directly engage with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and close significant deals.
Market Expansion: Explore new business avenues, market segments, and potential alliances to foster revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Expertise in selling and understanding the construction of Axminster carpets.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality flooring or related industry, with a track record of surpassing sales targets and expanding market share.
A well-established network within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Availability for travel within the East Coast as necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
