Rate 160 K Per Annum
Who are we looking for?
A Solution Architect, 9+ yrs. overall Software development experience and minimum of 2 years as a Solution Architect. You should be able solves complex problems in an organization by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.
Responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
Able to understand client paint point and covert them to technical solution.
This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, technology savvy, driven to produce results and demonstrates the ability to take a cross-team leadership role.
Architect experience and responsibility includes defining, prototyping and recommending the technology solutions, detailing the implementation design and identifying interfaces with other products for integration.
Abreast of latest technologies & tools and ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies as per the requirement.
Good experience in OOPS and Multi-Threading, Machine Learning.
Experience in customer & employee-facing business applications
Technical Skills Must have:
Strong application development experience ideally with any of the following: Java, Java Script, Node.js, Python, .NET etc.
Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots will be added advantage.
Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP.
Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavors
Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
Experience designing high-available mission-critical platforms.
Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure
Strong leadership competencies including the ability to think and act strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance culture and inspire/teach others to perform at higher levels.
OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE
Understanding of Smart bots' development and integration with NLP engines.
Understanding of NLP engines, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning frameworks etc.,
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Graduate in Engineering OR master's in computer applications.
Process Skills:
General SDLC processes
Understanding of utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications.
Behavioral Skills:
Good Attitude and Quick learner.
Well-developed design, analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal management supervision.
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite.
Certification:
