What You Will Be Doing

- Developing and maintaining site logistics plan in coordination with Project Manager
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external clients
- Conducting quality inspections
- Presiding over weekly subcontractor meetings
- Communicating with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and Material Submittals
- Ensuring subcontractor compliance with contracted scope of work
- Helping to enforce site specific safety plan
- Conducting job site walks daily to monitor progress and assist in future planning
- Identifying and escalating concerns that would impact project timeline and/or budget
- Maintaining daily logs and photographs of jobsite activities utilizing appropriate software

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects and:

- In depth knowledge of building codes
- Prior experience self-performing concrete and carpentry is a PLUS
- Familiarity with MEP systems
- Excellent time management/deadline management
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Thorough knowledge of various project delivery methods
- Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Drivers license in good standing
- OSHA 30
