What The Position is About:
- Oversee a team of 10+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
- 70/30 office vs field time
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience with Ingage, Leap, Rilla, and/or Salesforce would be a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets & managing a successful sales team
