Role and Responsibilities:

As an RN Med Surg (Nights) at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited you will be responsible for providing highquality nursing care to patients in the medicalsurgical unit. Your main duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care and ensuring their safety and wellbeing
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Assessing patient conditions and monitoring vital signs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this position you must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid RN license in India
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medicalsurgical nursing
• Strong knowledge of medicalsurgical nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
