PMO Analyst-This is an entry level role

About our TeamThis critical team keeps track of in-flight projects, project closures, pipelines of possible future initiatives, and support future planning.
About the RoleYou will be entrusted with Project Administrative activities in planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
+ Supporting the PMO team of Project Managers and Directors
+ Keeping schedule of and reviewing business cases, change requests, closure reports, monthly reporting and other criticalities.
+ Overseeing the governance process of approvals/changes and ensure that compliance is adhered to.
+ Documenting and process creation. Plan and facilitate monthly PMO meetings including the creating of slide decks when needed for senior leadership, stakeholders.
+ Working across divisions with other PMO analysts to improve consistency and share best practices.
Requirements
+ Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills.
+ Able to show a propensity to be highly organized and detail oriented
+ Provide crafted-targeted messages depending on the audience. Have the ability to adjust those communications.
+ Able to demonstrate current MS Office proficiency, Power BI, Atlassian knowledge (Confluence, Trello, Jira,)
+ Demonstrate Adeptness for content switching and multitasking on an on-going basis.
