This is a WOUND CARE PROVIDER position. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical support for Wound Care patients and potentially help with clinic volumes as well. Monday, Wednesday, Friday preferred, 8 am - 5 pm (approx).

Travel and housing will be covered during the duration of the assignment.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and managing patients with complex wounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with acute or chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff on wound care management and prevention.
• Stay current on advancements in wound care technology and treatment modalities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA.
• Certification as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (WCNP) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in wound care management.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
