Position Summary: (Note: real estate experience not required!)
Ashton Woods is looking for ambitious sales professionals to join its dynamic team. Community Sales Managers (Onsite Sales Agents) are responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects to secure sales. Additionally, they are responsible for initiating, monitoring, and expediting the home buying process to reach their company established sales goals. Candidates should have a demonstrated strong command of Sales PRO concepts and Lead Management System. This position represents Ashton Woods Homes by properly communicating company policy and procedures regarding product and service to all prospects. Community Sales Managers must always conduct themselves in an ethical, professional manner consistent with good business practice and established policy.
