WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You will work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm both in the office and in the field .
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
In this role, you will work closely with our maintenance dispatch team, technicians, and vendors to ensure all tenant tickets are addressed efficiently and effectively. From coordinating property turns to generating detailed punch lists of work needed, you'll be the mastermind behind our seamless transition from vacancy to new tenancy. Your negotiation skills will also shine as you review previous pricing and work to secure the best deals with our valued vendors.
