Business Operations Analyst 3
6+ Months W2 Contract
San Francisco, or San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Heres how youll make an impact on the team: - Work with business to understand cause and effect of actions, driving conversations around projections and performance
- Provide weekly & quarterly financial reporting to stakeholders highlighting insights & drivers of performance
- Identify, understand, & communicate root causes of changes in metrics and correlations to financial objectives
- Understand how team performance impacts overall company growth and performance
- Translate business questions and requirements into analytics projects and interpret results to drive meaningful business insights
- Work alongside strategy leadership to identify areas of growth and risk for programs
- Run, maintain, and further develop financial projection models for existing programs & new initiatives
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in finance, data analytics, business analytics, or similar areas
- Experience working cross functionally; providing insights & reports to teams such as Data Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, etc.
- Strong communication skills; provide multiple reports at various granularities (regional, product splits, etc.), manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely follow ups to inquiries
- Ability to work between multiple systems and tools such as Azure & Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with data to unlock insights, revenue opportunity and analyze & diagnose unexpected business performance
- Ability to present large sets of data in a simple and meaningful way that is easily digestible for stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of an overall business unit, associated data, & workflows to identify risks, opportunities, and look around the corner to foresee future challenges
- Familiarity with the sales process and associated KPIs
- Extreme comfort working with data in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using big data platforms (UI platforms or scripting)
- Experience with Linux, Bash, git, Python, Spark
