Senior Marketing Strategist - TALENT ACQUISITION *Remote*
Our Senior Marketing Strategists create and deliver comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies, targeted campaigns and tactics to attract and engage prospects, candidates, and qualified applicants. The Sr. Marketing Strategist works closely with Talent Consulting Directors, vendors and other internal stakeholders to ensure that strategies deliver expected results and is an active participant in the execution of the TA recruitment marketing budget, monitoring marketing investments and tracking return on investment.

In this position you will:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate those into insights and marketing strategies (paid and owned).
Develop differentiated positioning leveraging brand guidelines, audience insights, and caregiver (employee) value proposition.
Identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build demand, engage with, and drive application volume from identified talent audiences.
Lead strategy implementation, partnering closely with internal, agency and media partners to execute strategy and creative/communications.
Oversee campaign landing pages, working with vendors to optimize and suggest improvements.
Partner closely with the recruiting team to align workstreams and ensure that all marketing activities are complimentary.
Be an evangelist for the candidate experience, working to continuously understand and improve the candidate journey as appropriate.
