Job description
Working with an Excellent Client that is looking to hire an experienced Staff Accountant! This posotion will be a 6 month contract to hire or a direct hire with a conversion salary of $60-$65k a year plus bonuses and benefits. We are seeking a motivated accounting profesional with experince with QuickBooks and Month End close experince.
Main Points:
Position: Staff Accountant
Salary: $30hr / $60k
Location : Chesapeake, VA
Work Authorization Status: US Citizen / Green card holder due to govt rules and regulations
Requirements : Strong experince in Quickbooks, 2+ Years of accounting experince and experince with month end close!
Job Description:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company’s reports and statements. They will usually report to the senior accountant or chief financial officer.
