POSITION: Food Service Director/GM

LOCATION: Niagara Falls, NY (Niagara University Dining)

SALARY: $90K range, + Bonus, relocation assistance

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for an experienced Food Service Director/ General Manager who shares our passion for AMAZING Food and UNFORGETTABLE Service. We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting.

Experience is a MUST in the Food Service Industry in a large multi-outlet facility (such as College, University or Hospital) that includes Retail, Food Court, Concessions, Caf ' and Catering operations.


Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Service Director/GM who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position is a prominent opportunity in a busy commercial kitchen and cafe operations setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts.

The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility of food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
