Job description
The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in Capper Street, London, UK. Support UK LCP team by: Working on specific projects in-line with business priorities Pulling together retailer, category, and product presentations & research Managing tools to improve the teams deliverable objectives Supporting the UK Senior Licensing Director with ad hoc requests Work with the UK licensing team to support them building creative presentations around the needs of the retailers/brands or product ranges that can then be shared to key licensees or retailers in a timely basis and in-line with business priorities. Undertake research projects to maintain an up to date knowledge of competitive landscape, product, price and retail listings via comp shops, publications and on-line research etc. Creation of product brochures, retail listings, product catalogues and range plans by brand. Supporting product development needs throughout the year which could consist of preview planning for the showrooms, sample requires, Support with event planning including trade shows and partner events Respond to ad-hoc team requests Manage and organise LCP shared drive Ad-hoc admin needs - postage/shipping as required External communication – preparing brand newsletters Skills Required: Highly organised with a ‘can do’ attitude Adaptable / Flexible Excellent time management skills Be an ‘ideas generator’ Excellent ability to prioritise and manage workload while also managing the expectations of the team Able to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously Confident in collating presentation material together and using relevant software such as PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Clear, concise written and oral communication essential Comfortable working alone and as part of a wider team Must be able to collaborate Due to the high volume of applications we will only contact those that are shortlisted
