Description:
The Aerospace Wiring Assembler will report to the Production Operations Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of providing timely assembly of company wiring harness and coaxial cable builds. The Aerospace Wiring Assembler will be required to have intimate knowledge of AS50881 Wiring Aerospace Vehicle Standard and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies along with AS9100 Aerospace Quality Standard processes that deal with wire harness assembly. The Aerospace Wiring Assembler must have a high level of understanding of military specified tools (MIL-DTL-22520) and use of military specified componentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years Aerospace/Aviation wire harness and cable build experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High understanding of wire harness assembly as controlled by AS50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards along with a solid understanding of various tools specified in MIL-DTL-22520 used in crimping.
• Ability to interpret aerospace/military grade technical drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Shift:
1st shift 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday
