As the Personal Assistant for a confidential family office, you are a flexible professional eager to take on projects ranging from business development research, travel itinerary planning and booking, to day-to-day administrative functions for a driven principals. The ideal candidate has previous Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience, a strategic can-do attitude and brings an enthusiastic, humble spirit to taking on new and old projects. About the Job:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events for busy Principals with internal and external contacts.
- Plan and book travel itineraries, including ground transportation, events and accommodations.
- Compose business documents, memos, PowerPoints, spreadsheets and reports, including but not limited to, financial reporting, philanthropic interests and projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external staff, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents.
- Maintain an organized paper and digital desk, updated spreadsheets and databases with contact information and relevant record-keeping information.
- Assist with ad hoc special projects, including planning, execution and follow-up event coordination and facilitation.
- Play a dynamic role in supporting the family, serving as a liaison with external contacts to support deliverables, drafting and editing outbound communication channels.

- Degree in hand. You possess your Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of previous EA experience.

- Computer savvy. You use Microsoft Suite products with ease.
