REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials, excellent writing skills, and intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are a plus, but not required.
