Schedule: Part Time – Saturday 12 PM-8 PM | Sunday- 8 PM-4 PM | Monday- 8 AM-4 PM
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Command Center/RTA, the Part Time Network Operations/IVR Specialist will be responsible for real-time monitoring of staffing for QVC, HSN, and CBI Customer Care operations. You will minimize/eliminate any affecting issues to the Contact Centers and Work at Home Agents so that our professionals have quality-focused interactions with our customers in a motivated sales environment.

Your Impact
Review upcoming programs and partner with WorkForce, Planning, and Senior Leadership to meet established Goals regarding call handling
Escalate and Participate in bridge calls with Telecom, Help Desk, and IT to resolve issues affecting Customer calls or order processing
Generate Senior Management reports on contact center performance.
Send real-time scrolling messages to OS/CS Reps to Communicate system issues or Immediate staffing changes
Prepare and add speech and text in applications and ensure IVR matches item description/On Air Graphics for the recording, editing, and downloading of voice data for the IVR
Places Test Orders for the TS and TSV to verify all data is correct across all platforms (OS/CS applications, IVR, and Web) for a positive customer experience and works with Line Planning to resolve any concerns
Facilitate recording session with voice talent and send/receive voice files to outside professional recording.
What You Bring
0 to 2+ years’ experience
Minimum 1 year experience or Education in Resource Planning.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
