DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Global Commissioning Program (CxP) Manager to lead a globally distributed team responsible for developing and evolving our commissioning processes, specifications, testing protocols, and documentation. You will manage CxP managers across APAC, AMER, and EMEA to coordinate commissioning subject matter experts and align global commissioning strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Oversee a geographically diverse team of Commissioning Program Managers located in APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of commissioning processes, specifications, testing scripts, and documentation.
• Coordinate discussions among global commissioning subject matter experts (SMEs) to align on best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with regional commissioning, construction, controls, and design teams to develop global commissioning strategies.
• Partner with design engineering and commissioning field teams to create commissioning support plans for new AWS products.
• Oversee administration of commissioning tracking/management software.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence methodologies to optimize workflows.
• Leverage strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex, multifaceted challenges.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing critical tasks.
• Develop and maintain metrics supporting Cx process, Deep Dive these identifying themes to improve on.
• Establish reporting mechanisms to customers and stakeholders
