Job description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of cloud infrastructure? We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and managing software delivery, enhancing systems integration, and providing top-notch support to our talented developers.

Responsibilities:

Administer and support Virtual Infrastructure resources within the Azure cloud environment.
Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and monitor production processes, web servers, and load balancers.
Administer, manage, and support code repositories on Azure DevOps.
Evaluate and recommend tools for the automation of Cloud infrastructure.
Conduct capacity planning and performance monitoring of infrastructure and application services to ensure system uptime and availability per SLA.
Work collaboratively with enterprise IT teams to ensure that all production systems are monitored, updated, and backed up.
Maintain and deploy production software to servers, resolve production issues, and actively participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Basic understanding of serverless computing.
Familiarity with SQL Server databases.
Knowledge of development tools on the Microsoft stack: OS, .NET, IIS, MSMQ, SQL Server.
Understanding of security scanning tools and encryption.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience in IT or Engineering systems.
