Care Animal Hospital in Muncie, Indiana is hiring a
Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team!
New grads are welcome to apply! All of our veterinarians are experienced, open to teaching, and supportive of one another.

Care Animal Hospital has been voted Muncie's Finest Veterinarian several years in a row!! Our hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and we can send our labwork to Antech or use our in-house IDEXX lab. We are fully paperless and use DVMax for our electronic medical records. We utilize a traveling veterinarian to perform our ultrasounds. Surgery and dental procedures are scheduled Monday through Friday. Typical surgeries performed include: spays and neuters, tumor excision, GI exploratory, splenectomy, cystotomy, and simple amputations. Routine dental cleanings and extractions are performed regularly. We have a Companion brand therapeutic laser unit that's used for all routine surgical incisions, as well as for wound care and joint pain.
Most importantly, we have well-seasoned amazing support staff who are crucial to the success of patient and client care. Their input and observations are highly valued by all our doctors. Doctors and technicians work together as a team each day, whether seeing appointments or doing surgery.

About Clinic Location: Only 40 miles away from Noblesville, which is the home of Rouff Home Mortgage Music Center and Hamilton Town Center, Muncie is home to Ball State University. BSU brings Division 1 sports, numerous events including concerts, shows, exhibits and cultural activities to Muncie. IVY Tech Community College also has a campus in town and includes the largest full-time student population of this statewide community college. The beautiful Prairie Creek Reservoir and Park boasts 3.3 miles of aquatic recreation and more than 750 land acres of natural landscape. Activities here include golf, boating, swimming, fishing, camping, hiking/biking trails, ATV trails, and horseback riding trails. In addition to all the green spaces, Muncie hosts four museums and is the birthplace of Garfield, the cat.
