Job description
We are seeking to fill the position of an Office Manager for The Beauty Institute Head Office located in the Lehigh Valley, PA. The position reports directly to the President and will be responsible for the following functions:
- Manage the overall administrative functions of the Head Office.
- Responsible for various government agencies/accreditation registrations and renewals.
- Manage vendor relations and oversee the ordering process for all school locations.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and storage of documents and records.
- Maintain the various tools and systems utilized by the company.
- Work with the schools for all related administrative tasks/processes.
We seek candidates with a college degree and with 5 or more years of related experience, preferably with the education industry, with strong computer and communication skills, attention to details, ability manage projects.

Salary commensurate with experience.
