Job description

Position Summary

As the Sales Operations Manager at PGLS, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, driving sales productivity, and contributing to the overall success of our dynamic organization.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization : Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and develop meaningful reports for strategic decision-making.

CRM Management : Oversee the utilization and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage customer interactions.

Sales Forecasting : Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth cross-functional processes.

Training and Development : Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Technology Integration : Evaluate and implement relevant sales technologies to enhance team performance.

Policy Development : Contribute to the development and enforcement of sales policies and procedures.

Performance Metrics : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations and propose solutions.

Compensation Plans : Contribute and collaborate to track and administer compensation plans.
