State of Franklin Healthcare Associates , an employee-owned, physician-led, multi-specialty group, is seeking a  BC/BE FM Medicine physician to join our group in Kingsport, TN . Since our inception in 1998, we have grown from a small group of primary care physicians to a multi-specialty practice of more than 250 physicians and physician extenders. Opportunity: We are recruiting for a provider to increase access to our burgeoning patient base.

• Physician owned and led, stable group
• Mature, robust practice so ramp up would be quick

• Ability to work with medical students and residents
• Staff and administration in practices are well-trained, seasoned professionals
