Job description
The Marriott Anchorage Downtown is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and motivated Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will be second-in-command in the kitchen, answering to the Executive Chef.
Your responsibilities are supervising kitchen staff and coordinating the food production process.
Your Job Duties Include:
Your most important qualification is proven cooking and to manage experience. You will need strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. We offer great benefits!
