Immediate opening for a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician in the Dayton, OH area!

Responsibilities: - Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Communicate effectively and display a professional manner when dealing with supervisors, co-workers, and clients inside and outside the organization.
- Work effectively as a team member, participating actively and constructively.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner by following OHSA & Company safety procedures for operating equipment and handling hazardous substances.
- Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as well as emergencies.
Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- 5+ years of relative commercial HVAC experience
- HVAC/ EPA Certifications
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and an ability to manage multiple priorities/ tasks Experienced in bidding and managing small to medium sized projects independently Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent education

- Must pass a Drug and Background screenings.
