Job description
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Collision Shop Estimator located at Napleton's Wyoming Valley Collision Center, the Collision Shop Estimator is responsible for providing collision repair estimates for our guests and insurance agencies while working closely with the production team and management to ensure a timely, accurate repairs are performed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
- Work with the insurance companies to manage the claims for our customers
- Proper usage of estimating and billing software
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all vehicle repairs
- Ensure productivity within the shop
Job Requirements:
- Ability to accurately estimate vehicle damage with minimal supplemental requests.
- Properly follow insurance company Direct Repair guidelines when necessary.
- Experience with CCC; CDK DMS experience is a plus.
- Experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
