As a Senior Logistician, you will be working primarily in classified environments supporting the 509 th Bomb Wing and other Government organizations at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. (No telework/remote work at this location).

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

In this role, you will:  

• Apply sustainment and security policies and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition/sustainment management activities in support of existing/future programs.
• Support the full life cycle of B-2 aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment, to include troubleshooting systems as required.
• Assist with the development of documentation, such as, Memoranda of Agreement, sustainment metrics, technical orders, manpower assessments, security procedures, etc.
• Support program reviews and conferences, weapon system requirement working groups, and supportability reviews.
• Provide support to processes and assist with TCTOs/Modifications and AF Form 1067 activities.
• Facilitate communication between program offices, test organizations, and operational users for new programs and modifications to weapon systems.
• Provides Operational Test support for test activities.
• Establish and maintain computer network and communication systems for multiple internal and external agencies.
• Alternate Program Security Officer on all security matters pertaining to personnel, facilities, and information systems.
• Leads the planning, contract management, construction, and modification of facilities needed for SAP operations.
• Supports Asset Visibility and Tracking of program assets and Government Furnished Property.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A U.S. Citizenship
• An active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• A Master’s Degree with 10 years of relevant DoD work experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant DoD work experience OR a High-School Diploma with 16 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to travel 10%.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Strong aircraft maintenance background and understanding of how the aircraft modification process occurs.
• Self-starter and being able to work independently is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD product support elements, computer networks, security, and facilities management.
• Three years of Special Access Program or SCI experience within the last five years.
