All American Roof Pros has an exciting job opening for a Business Development Representative. This is a full-time position that is not remote. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Negotiate and close relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
