Job Title: Senior Superintendent

Location: San Fernando Valley 

Salary: $170-210k/year

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Multi-Family Construction

We have an extensive background in multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee residential project field activities and supervise other Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the completion of projects.

What You Need for this Position

• 10+ years of multi-family construction project experience
• 7+ years of construction supervisory experience
• Valid CA driver's license
