Job description

The Jetty in Marshfield is seeking a creative Sous Chef to manage all kitchen activities! We are entering our 10th year in business and need a strong 2nd for our Executive Chef! 

As the Sous Chef you will work closely wtih the Executive Chef on menu development and be the person in charge when the Executive Chef is not on site. Responsbilities include consistent and high quality food preparation and production, food inventory and managing kitchen staff.

The ideal candidates will have prior kitchen experience and the ability to learn quickly as well as adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ablity to create a team atmosphere are a must!
