SUMMARY OF THE POSITION The PV Design Engineer will be responsible for early stage solar and storage conceptual designs, energy yield assessments for lowest cost of energy (LCOE) analysis and managing multiple design iteration scenarios. This position will require the individual to be a go-getter, a team player, and have superb technical knowledge. The PV Design Engineer will work closely with Preconstruction and Engineering to design and optimize projects for the most optimal LCOE. The PV Design Engineer will ensure that all Preconstruction project initiatives and processes are in conformity with National Grid Renewables established policies and objectives while ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.Job tags
