Job description

BGSF is representing a locum tenens physician staffing firm in Dallas/Fort Worth area seeking to hire Recruiting Manager.

Role responsible to manage the staff responsible for recruiting of physicians; this is NOT a production or sales role but rather a leadership/management role. Main focus will be developing/directing/training recruitment leaders to ensure successful production.

Hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

• Candidates must be local to Dallas
