Our Federal Way distribution center stores inventory for our home delivery routes in the Puget Sound. In addition, we load most of our home delivery routes out of this location. The Distribution Helper will shuttle milk trucks to and from the warehouse to be loaded, verify the inventory is loaded with 100% accuracy on specific routes, and keep the warehouse clean and orderly by compiling the cardboard.
Schedule: 5:00 PM- 1:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Distribution Helper will assist in keeping our warehouse clean and orderly by doing light janitorial duties and will also shuttle milk trucks to and from the warehouse to be loaded.
Ensure the milk trucks are brought to the respective loading dock location for loading.
Once the trucks are loaded in that “wave” return the truck to its assigned parking spot and plug it in.
In between waves, assist with warehouse janitorial as needed to prepare for the next wave(s) of milk truck loading.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid license
Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues.
Must be able to multitask.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in cold conditions (36 degree F Cooler or Freezer).
Outside year-round, variable seasonal weather conditions.
