This is a great opportunity to start your career in automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role, you will assist customers in answering questions about their vehicle of interest and set them on the path to purchase a vehicle with us. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. Your primary goal in this position is to set an appointment for the guest to come in to the dealership.
Pay is hourly, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales associates and dealership management
- Utilize a computer based customer management tool
