A leading consumer products company is seeking a Category Analyst. The successful candidate will manage CRM accounts and make customer updates. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of previous data support experience and a high Microsoft Excel proficiency. The company offers a great work environment!
Category Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading consumer products company ( Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
Category Analyst Responsibilities:
- CRM Account Management:
- Update end-user accounts to reflect correct rollup names. Update ~152k accounts with no rollup name and add ~2k new accounts each month.
- Create a streamlined process to be used for catch-up work as well as ongoing monthly maintenance (likely utilizing Alteryx).
Customer Updates:
Identify specific end user accounts that haven't been sent previously to 3rd party vendor (~30k records) for matching to their business ID.
Work with 3rd party vendor on catch-up of matching work.
Review previous and new matches for accuracy.
Communicate corrections to 3rd party vendors.
Category Analyst Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of previous data support experience and a high Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail. Ability to maintain detailed documentation that would enable the passing of an audit.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration. Interpersonal relationship management.
- Strong communication and follow-up.
- Planning and organization.
- Ability to own end-to-end process.
- Sales data analytics.
- Alteryx proficiency preferred.
- Business Intelligence analytical tools preferred.
- Previous experience creating new processes preferred.
