Job description
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – HYBRID SCHEDULE
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional with Financial management experience of international operations.
This is a Full Time PERM Role
This is a HYBRID Role - Need to work in Folsom, CA office 2 days a week mandatory
Compensation Range : $160,000 - $180,000 base + 15% bonus
No C2C or H1B or 1099 or TN Visa or F1 (CPT or OPT) at this time.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Finance, Accounting or Statistics required; MBA and CPA a plus but not essential.
15+ years of professional experience, including 6-8 years of financial management of international operations (required) .
Experience with forecasting and business partnering, particularly within a SaaS environment .
Strong knowledge/skills in Excel, Adaptive Planning (or similar financial planning software), Salesforce, NetSuite.
Demonstrated ability to prepare formal presentations with recommendations and summaries of financial results and forecasted results to executive leadership team.
Highly proficient in financial analysis and establishing KPI’s .
Daily Responsibilities
Partner with sales and other functional leaders to drive performance and achieve growth targets.
Own the reporting and forecasting of financial performance for the international business in monthly financial reviews, Board packages, and Budget / Quarterly re-forecasting processes.
Analyze, forecast, and explain impact of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and NRR (Net Retention Rate) on actual and projected performance.
Use exceptional Excel skills to contribute to and quality control long-term and short-term forecasting models.
Deploy vision to translate modelling to financial planning software where possible.
Hire, train and manage the performance of a team of financial analysts at various offices, including in India.
Environmental Factors
International and domestic travel may be required.
Working across multiple time zones.
