You will be responsible for analyzing, managing and interpreting HR data to support key HR initiatives and decisions. If you're looking for an opportunity to take on exciting challenges and work within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this could be the job for you!

-Jog is about 60% HR Data Analyst work, and 40% HR general duties.

Base Salary, $65K-80K and DOE

Mostly an onsite position with 1-2 days remotely working.

We're looking for candidates with 1-5 years experience working with HR Data Analytics and a passion for HR work.

What You Need for this Position

Global HR reporting & Analytics Team work providing support to HR and Non-HR related activities.

"Creating the Global workforce insights deck on a monthly basics for the board members.
"Supporting on the ad hoc analysis report and dashboards
"Producing the Net hire to management to calculate the engineering cost by forecasting the Attrition and Newhire numbers.

-Create Deashboard:
-Global HR Metrics; headcount Termination, New Hire, Recruitment
-Tree Dashboard; Compensaton dashbords and reporting levels.
-Global performance ratings
-9 box grid - (Excel tool)
-Compensation Analysis

Must haves:
-Strong skills and proficiency with Excel., including formulas.
-Desire to work in Human Resources if not already working withing this environment.
-At least 1+ years of professional experience with HR data analysis, and familiarity with:

-HR data management
-ADP Workforce
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
-PowerPoint
-Power BI

-Data trends, data patterns, analytics, compliance, graphs, formulas, and HR process improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

-As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, collecting and aggregating data from multiple sources, interpreting data to provide actionable information, and presenting the results in reports and visualizations.
-You will also be responsible for maintaining HR data, ensuring compliance and assisting with process improvement initiatives.

-Data trends: will be working with employee data, i.e., attrition, headcount, product line, job level, etc., by global location)
