Vascular Surgery
Midland Michigan:
Surgical cases are performed at local Medical Center with offices located directly on campus, making it convenient for both staff and patients alike. The Medical Center is a 328-bed medical center located in a tranquil setting on 146 beautifully wooded acres.
Midland is an upscale, family oriented community of nearly 40,000 centrally located in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula less than two hours from the Detroit Metropolitan area. Due to the “people mix” and the healthy economic status Midland is capable of offering a diverse and sophisticated selection of cultural, educational, recreational and leisure activities.
Our organization is aligned with a local University Health System is seeking a highly skilled vascular surgeon with a track record of excellent outcomes to grow and develop a premier vascular surgery service as a key part of the Health System’s strategic growth plan. Qualified candidates will have completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at an approved training center, and be BC/BE.

Our heart and vascular program is served by an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers, including cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, as well as cardiovascular trained nurses.
The Vascular Surgery candidate will join another physician as part of our Physicians Group a premier multispecialty group delivering state-of-the-art care in a medically sophisticated environment. Our Physicians Group enjoys a reputation for excellence unmatched in the region. Our physician is an experienced vascular and endovascular surgeon who has specialized expertise in endografting for abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms; complex cerebral vascular disease, including surgery of the vertebral artery; as well as treating renal and mesenteric disease via minimally invasive techniques. He is also accomplished in angioplasty and carotid and peripheral stenting. This physician previously practiced at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, where he served as the Professor of Clinical Surgery, Director of Endovascular Surgery, Department of Surgery, and the John R. Pfeifer Collegiate Professor of Vascular Surgery.
