This role is based out of our beautiful Andover, MA facility which offers many benefits including an onsite fitness center with yoga and fitness training classes, onsite game rooms, full-service café, free parking and more.  Andover supports the design and assembly of our patient monitoring products.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product management execution of a product line.  The Senior Product Mananger owns the entire product lifecycle and positioning for a product line with the objective of profitable growth. 

• Brings business/customer context to team members on the CFT. The product line is important to our business, and the Senior is responsible for the growth and positioning of the product throughout its life cycle.
• Owns the development of a Product Line Roadmap and product related business planning for a critical set of products:
• Co-leading cross-functional teams representing the product during the entire Product Lifecycle including usability and customer validation;
• Responsible for market releases according to Product Lifecycle Management processes;
• Developing the product line roadmap;
• Defining global product line positioning (guidance from Lead PM);
• Working with marketing team in the creation of launch plans including marketing materials, customer presentations, etc.;
• Lead product training for Field Teams.
• Co-leader of business Cross Functional Teams (along with Program Management).
• Prepares and delivers product presentations to key constituencies including Business Unit functional management and Customer Teams.
• Effectively represent their product line and customer base on Patient Monitoring business unit teams for linked products.
• Able to be a proxy for Lead Product Manager on their CFTs, etc.
• Analyzing data on global market and competition in support of product line projects.

Your Qualifications

Education:

• BS/BA or equivalent, MBA preferred.

Related Experience:

• 6-10 years of clinical/product management experience required

Special Competencies or Certifications:

• Team leadership.
• Self-starter, and business acumen.
• Communication /presentation skills to mid-levels of the organization.
• Able to provide clear direction to product line team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• Experience in global medical device market preferred.

The Dräger Workplace

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

The design, development and manufacturing of Draeger’s Patient Monitoring product line takes place in our Andover, Massachusetts location.
