NOTE: Industrial / Automotive / Regulated Environment Manufacturing Experience Required
Kelly® Engineering is seeking a DIRECT HIRE - Maintenance Supervisor to join one of our leading Automotive Manufacturing clients at their Ridgeville, SC location.
Salary Range: $80k to $100K with bonus eligibility (room to negotiate salary as well).
Relocation Assistance: Available
Shift: Need someone with flexibility to work 1st and/or 2nd shift as production ramps up.
Start date: ASAP
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Manufacturing experience in regulated (ISO Certified) environments, preferred.
Strong leadership skills, experience in coaching/mentoring employees.
Automotive, aviation, agriculture, boat manufacturing experience preferred.
2+ years experience in some sort of leadership capacity.
Job Summary :
Ensure your team clearly understands the company direction and their roles in supporting this through effective usage of the Policy Deployment process (mission, vision, safety, strategy, targets)
Be responsible for developing and running the Performance Management System for your teams by demonstrating effective use of core competencies
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Must have proven Leadership experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Availability to work any shift (weekends, holidays, and overtime)
The ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions
Basic Skills:
5S ownership in area(s) of responsibility
Process set up and utilization using Visual Management
Demonstrating the required competencies to monitor, coach, and train Standardized Work
Understanding of Andon including its purpose and utilization
Problem Solving ability with improvement mindset and methods
