Technical Lead Role Description: Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applicationsCreating timelines and development goalsDeveloping customized solutions within the Salesforce platformTesting the stability and functionality of the applicationAlerts managementWriting documents and providing technical training for Salesforce StaffMaintaining the security and integrity of the application softwareProduction Support experience will be an added advantage such as Troubleshooting Production Issues, Data Fixes, Defect FixesShould manage a team of 5 resources at Offshore.Should work in Offshore/Onsite delivery model Competencies: Digital : HTML5-CSS3, Digital : Salesforce Development and Technical Design Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 8-10 years of experience in developing customized solutions with Salesforce Platform.Should have atleast 5 years of experience in Apex, JavaScript, Native and VisualForceDesigning, coding and implementing Salesforce application.Good knowledge of Salesforce CopadoAn ability to learn quickly, capability to identify business processes for right automationStrong communication skills and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment.
